Apartment near the park

The task: to create an apartment design in a new building and implement a turnkey project.
The result: we started the development of the project at the stage of construction of the apartment, as it was possible to make the necessary changes to the plan of dividing walls and the developer agreed to build them in accordance with our wishes. When the clients received the ownership documents the design project was already completed. It took 9 months to implement it, and the pre-planned deadlines increased as the owners wanted to expand the existing balcony. Grohe Sense flood control system, Danfoss Link temperature control, and acoustics were used for engineering purposes.
