We are buying an apartment. When to hire a designer?
The design studio will be able to start the development of the project only after taking measurements and when all engineering communications and construction are analyzed and photos were taken. This is possible, as a rule, when you get the keys or at least get access to the object.
Before this moment, it is useless to start a full-fledged project, because often the plan of the apartment from the developer is not informative enough and may differ significantly from what is given as a result.
But what can be done BEFORE this moment so as not to waste time?
➡️Start searching for a design studio. It is very important! After all, you will have to work with this team for several months, or maybe even a year. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully choose “your people”.
⠀
➡️Decide on the style, select references, and create the technical task.
⠀
➡️It is best to book the project so that the work starts immediately after receiving the keys.
⠀
➡️Calculate an approximate budget for repairs. It is important! Immediately calculate how much you are ready to invest in a new home and stick to the plan, otherwise, it can turn into a bottomless pit.
⠀
You can start looking for a designer immediately after buying an apartment.
Although a competent designer will definitely help you in choosing a successful layout for the apartment, so you can also consult with him/her before buying.
Therefore, if you have just decided to buy an apartment, you can meet with the designer and discuss the course of action!

More about the project
A bright, full living room for the brave ones.
Often clients are afraid of bright colors, but look how dynamic and stylish it looks.
Since the clients really wanted a living room in such a color scheme, to fulfill this task we took the accent blue color as a basis and added red, which harmoniously combines and complements it.
There is a small comfortable sofa here, and a large TV on the wall!
Our kitchen area is small, but well thought out and comfortable!
For lighting, we chose built-in spotlights on the ceiling, LED lighting under the upper cabinets, and a pendant lamp above the bar counter.
Pay attention to how beautifully the dark refrigerator fits in among the graphite cabinets.
It seems that admiring this interior is possible forever, isn’t it?
Definitely beautiful and stylish.
