Area: 390 m²

Task: to create a cohesive and functional interior for a home that combines shared and private areas, adapts to different family life scenarios, and provides comfort, balance, and aesthetic harmony.

Result:

This project is about a home that lives with the family and changes with it. We worked with the space as a holistic system, where not only aesthetics are important, but also life scenarios: shared moments, personal pauses, silence, movement, and emotions. The concept is based on a warm, grounded palette, natural textures of wood and stone, live plants and soft lighting that creates a sense of calm and balance.

The layout emphasises the openness of the space and its connection to the inner courtyard. The absence of curtains and blinds allowed the garden to remain an integral part of the interior. We combined the living room with a fireplace with a library and closed storage systems, creating a relaxation area without visual noise.

The kitchen is designed as a place for interaction and life. A large island became the compositional and functional centre. The absence of upper cabinets opened up the space and filled it with light, while all the appliances are organically integrated into the lower modules. Stone textures, a glass display case with lighting, and well-thought-out lighting scenarios create a calm but profound mood.

Private areas are designed as an extension of the overall concept of the home, but with their own character. The bedroom is designed as a space of deep tranquillity and restoration, where a soft neutral palette, tactile textures and clear symmetry create a sense of balance and privacy: an accent wall combining wood and embossed panels sets the rhythm of the interior, while the soft headboard enhances the feeling of comfort. The bathroom, designed according to the principle of hotel privacy, combines minimalism, stone textures and mirrored surfaces. The guest and additional bathrooms demonstrate how even compact spaces can be expressive thanks to the use of materials, light and details.

We paid special attention to individual scenarios: an acoustic room for professional rehearsals, a play and recreation area for children instead of a garage, as well as children’s rooms, where childhood is combined with the feeling of an adult, functional space. Each of these solutions is a response to a specific request from the family and part of the unified history of the home.

This interior is about integrity, thoughtfulness, and respect for the rhythm of the residents’ lives. It is about a space that does not impose a style but supports daily habits, emotions, and growth together with the family.
