Linear Harmony

The task: to create a facade that combines minimalism and modern technology, while remaining functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The result: a two-storey building with clear geometric lines, large panoramic windows, glass balconies and a pitched roof with wide eaves. The façade has a restrained colour scheme of light grey and white tones with dark accents. The pitched roof with wide eaves adds volume and architectural expressiveness to the building. Panoramic windows provide maximum natural light and visual contact with the environment. Glass balconies on the second floor create a sense of lightness. The entrance area is decorated with contrasting vertical panels and modern lamps on concrete pedestals. The laconic landscaping of thuja and ornamental trees supports the idea of harmony and privacy. The façade combines technology, comfort and restrained aesthetics – an ideal solution for suburban living.
