The task: to optimise the layout, create functional and cosy zones, taking into account the needs of all residents.

The result: we solved the key planning problems, transforming the room into a modern, bright and comfortable space. The corridor with sharp corners became flat and L-shaped, which significantly improved its geometry. We transformed the former laundry room into a functional wardrobe with a technical cabinet, and the bathroom took on a new role – it became a guest bathroom with an integrated laundry area.

We combined the kitchen and living room by demolishing the wall, which allowed us to create an open and comfortable area with an island, dining table and a place to relax. Glass partitions and natural light made the space light and cosy, while thoughtful details provided a stylish look.

Special attention was paid to the children’s room for two teenage sisters. With the help of a decorative partition, we divided the space into two zones that simultaneously preserve unity and provide privacy. 

The bedroom is an example of modern style. Slats, floral print wallpaper and mouldings add texture and accents. The kitchen-living room is the perfect combination of functionality and elegance. The light shades of the walls add lightness, the green colour of the furniture adds brightness, and the sliding glass doors provide lightness and transparency. 

The thoughtful interior of this apartment meets the modern lifestyle, where every detail works for the comfort of the residents.
